Refund Policy

1. Returns

Given to the ‘consumable’ nature of the products, Returns and Exchanges are not allowed.

We understand that customer satisfaction is paramount, and we strive to ensure you have a positive experience with our skincare products. While we don't accept returns, we're dedicated to addressing any concerns you might have after using our products. Our customer care team at support@euphor.in is there to assist you in finding a satisfactory resolution. We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring your skincare journey with us is a delightful one.

2. Refunds

If you find any discrepancies with your order, namely wrong product delivery, damaged packaging, or expired products, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange without any additional charges.

We kindly request that you provide images of the product, invoice, inner and outer packaging, and batch number to our support team at support@euphor.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. We aim to respond within 3-5 days.

After initiating the refund process, please allow a reasonable period of 10 to 15 days from the day of returning your package for us to process your request. In certain cases, we may reach out to you for more information to determine the nature of the damage or defect before proceeding with a refund or replacement.

3. Cancellations

We offer a 100% refund if you cancel your order within 4 hours of placement or before the product is ‘ready-to-ship’, whichever is earlier. Please note that we are unable to cancel individual items from an order once it has been placed.

If you've used loyalty points for an order that you wish to cancel, the redeemed points will be credited back to your account upon successful cancellation.

4. Process for Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

In case of any issues with your order, email us at support@euphor.in within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Attach images of the product, invoice, packaging, and batch number to your email.

For damaged or tampered products, ensure to provide clear images of the affected areas.

A successful return requires the damaged or incorrect product to be kept safe, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Retain the invoice and the manufacturer's original packing for seamless pick-up and return.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if the product is damaged, lacking an invoice, has a tampered batch number and price, or is missing its original packaging.

Please refrain from using products for which you've raised a complaint to facilitate the return process.

In case of pilfered deliveries, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please be aware that products will not be eligible for refunds if they fall under scenarios where adequate information or snapshots were not provided.
