Shipping Policy

  1. This Delivery and Shipment Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing the delivery and shipment of products. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by this Policy.
  2. Shipping Charges
    Orders above INR 500.00 - Free shipping within India (except the below mentioned locations)
    Orders below INR 500.00 – additional shipping charges will be collected at the “Check-out” stage depending on the location of the destination address. Additional Shipping charges will be applicable for all deliveries (irrespective of the order value) to North-east, Leh, Ladakh, Jammu Kashmir, Andaman Nicobar.
  3. Order Dispatch Times: Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number. We usually dispatch the orders within 1-2 business days. These timelines may vary due to weekends, public holidays and other external events.
  4. Delivery Times: typically takes approximately 3 days, though some orders may take up to 5-7 business days for delivery. International orders follow a similar timeline, with delivery taking up to 8-10 business days.
  5. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available for products, subject to availability, promotions, and offers. The COD option, if and when available, will be mentioned as one of the “Payment Options” at the “check-out” stage of the purchase.
  6. Packaging and Product Safety: We prioritize the safety of our products and their packaging. Each product is carefully packed in mono cartons, and these are further secured with a shrink wrap.
  7. Inspection upon Delivery: If your shipment appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it.
  8. Undelivered Orders: If an order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please notify our customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation. Allow 48-72 hours for our investigation with courier partners.
  9. Post-Delivery Damages: We are not responsible for damages that occur after delivery. We do not take responsibility for product misplacement post-delivery.
  10. Delivery Halts & Pauses: We reserve the right to suspend deliveries to any part of the country at any time if deemed necessary.
  11. Indemnity Clause: By using our delivery and shipment services, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the delivery or shipment of products, including but not limited to any disputes related to the delivery process.
